Q1. Do I need an ftp client to upload files
|

No. Everything can be done in the control panel.
|

Q2. I've just created my plan and uploaded my website files, but it's not
working. Instead I get an error page!

Make sure that you have a web page named "index.html" within your site. This is
the starting point for our web server.
|

Q3. I've just signed up for a plan, but not uploaded any web pages yet. Why are
there folders and pages in my web directory already?
|
|
These are used for web tracking purposes. Don't delete these or you will not be
able to view your website traffic using the webalizer tool.

Q4. How do I track my website traffic?
|
|
This is done automatically by free webalizer software. It's all accessible
through your control panel!

Q5. How do I manage emails to my site?
|
|
You can set up web accounts in the control panel and store email on our servers.
You can gain access to these from any web browser connected to the internet.
Alternatively, you can set up email forwarding to your preferred mail or isp
account. It's very easy to do and it's all in the control panel!
