| Choosing your
domain name and ordering online |
| 1. Order domain names on the web- There
are thousands of domain name registration companies to choose from on the web
and we are one of them. We integrate this process with our web hosting plan
setup wizard for simplicity. You can order from us or choose another supplier
and transfer the domain name to us. We recommend that you order through Red
Apple if you have not done this before. Be careful because some companies will
charge for transferring domains and can take several days to do it!

| 2. Check that your domain name is available
- You need to do a WHOIS search on your domain name. You can click
here to visit the nominet website. However, you can do all of this
during our hosting plan signup wizard. If you choose another supplier you will
need to forward them details of your primary and secondary domain names, which
are available immediately after signing up with one of our plans.

| 3. Payment - At the end of the hosting
signup process we will collect your domain name payment and hosting payment at
the same time. We have selected PayPal to act
as our secure payment gateway. You can pay through your existing pay pal
account or via a range of credit cards and debit cards. Our .com domain names
start from as little as £9!! |
| 4. Wait up to 72 hours for internet propogation-
Domain names need to be set up across the internet. This can take up to 72
hours, but is often much quicker. After signing up with Red Apple you are
allocated a temporary domain name immediaitely, with which you can view your
website.
